Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows store policies and procedures.
• Maintains quality and freshness of kitchen products.
• Maintains correct product assortment and inventory for the kitchen.
• Verifies pricing accuracy and signage for all products.
• Keeps kitchen clean, sanitized, and compliant with standards.
• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers.
• Prepares chef-made items (salads, entrees, soups, hot case items) from Harmons’ recipes.
• Trains chefs and prep cooks; writes production sheets as needed.
• Manages inventory and orders for the kitchen.
