Cabinet IQ is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join a fast-growing cabinetry and countertop team in Greensboro, NC. You will design spaces, meet clients on-site, and guide them from measurement to final selection using 2020 Design software, while building relationships with builders and designers.

The role emphasizes design leadership, client interaction, and a strong sales focus. Compensation ranges reflect performance and market norms, with remote work flexibility during showroom

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Outgoing, proactive and professional demeanor.
• Strong math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.
