A Lead/Journeyman Plumbing Technician expertly services, repairs, and replaces plumbing systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
2. Install plumbing systems
3. Use Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call
4. Test and ensure work is completed properly, minimizing callbacks
5. Explain services to clients and ensure satisfaction
6. Maintain a neat work area and professional appearance
7. Follow safety protocols and maintain vehicle cleanliness
8. Perform maintenance on plumbing systems
9. Complete and submit paperwork accurately
10. Maintain work truck and operate in a safe, efficient manner
11. Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5+ years of verifiable plumbing and mechanical experience
• Good communication skills
• Experience with hydronic heating, high-efficiency water heaters, sewer systems, drain cleaning, and water treatment
• Organized, forward-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
• Flexible schedule and valid driver's license with a good record
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Positive attitude and pass background/drug tests

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in franchise systems
• Experience with Service Titan CRM
