We Power America is seeking experienced electricians for commercial and industrial projects in Bakersfield, CA. Foremen and Journeyman level candidates are preferred to lead teams on high profile installations.

Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, reading blueprints, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. Overtime opportunities are available and all employer-paid benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proven adherence to safety protocols and codes.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using varied tools to identify and resolve problems.
• Read blueprints and plan installations or upgrades.
• Upgrade and modify existing systems to meet new requirements.
• Follow strict safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with other contractors, engineers, and team members.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Provide on-call support for emergencies.
