Job summary

We Power America in Wheeling, WV, seeks experienced electricians for full-time, on-site roles. Pay ranges are signposted hourly, with health coverage and retirement benefits provided by the employer. Foreman and supervisory Journeyman positions are especially needed for high-profile projects.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, code compliance, and coordination with other trades. Overtime opportunities and power tools are supplied by the contractor.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced electrician for commercial/industrial settings.
• Foreman or supervisory level experience preferred.
• Journeyman license or active status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Follow all local/state/federal electrical codes and safety standards.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics for installations and upgrades.
• Upgrade existing systems and add outlets or equipment as required.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout and other safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineers and other trades to complete projects on time.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
