We Power America in Globe, AZ is seeking experienced electricians for foreman and supervisory journeyman roles on high-profile commercial and industrial projects. Positions are full-time with hourly pay and benefits provided by the employer.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, code compliance, blueprint reading, and collaboration with engineers and other trades. Overtime opportunities and contractor-provided tools are available to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as electrician in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to supervise field crews and coordinate trades.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations and upgrades.
• Perform system upgrades and modifications as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in on-call emergency coverage.
