LTIMindtree is seeking a Java Fullstack Developer in Cleveland, onsite. The role emphasizes leading collaboration between client and offshore teams, negotiating in conflicts, and delivering customer requirements to offshore colleagues.

Key stack includes Java 20 legacy, Servlet/JSP, Spring Boot microservices, Oracle SQL, and modern frontend skills (Vue/React/TypeScript). Azure hosting and DevOps practices are required, with strong emphasis on performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Lead experience collaborating between client and offshore team.
• Negotiation with client in conflicting situations.
• Excellent communication to convey customer requirements to offshore team for delivery.
• Proven expertise in Java 20 legacy stack and J2EE paradigms.
• Advanced Java Spring Boot microservices experience.
• Strong Oracle SQL query skills and data modeling insights.
• Deep understanding of GoF design patterns and enterprise patterns.
• Experience with legacy modernization, refactoring, and microservices migration.
• Strong multithreading, performance tuning, and scalability design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead experience and act as a collaborator between client and offshore team.
• Negotiate with client on mid path in a conflicting situation.
• Communicate customer requirements clearly to offshore team and ensure delivery.
• Strong expertise in Java 20 legacy stack and J2EE paradigms.
• Maintain and support legacy systems; provide production support.
• Advance Core Java Spring Boot microservices implementation.
• Write optimized Oracle SQL queries.
• Apply GoF design patterns and enterprise patterns in solutions.
• Undertake legacy modernization, refactoring, and microservices migration.
• Demonstrate multithreading, performance tuning, and scalability skills.
• Ensure frontend alignment with Vue/React/TypeScript stacks; optimize UI performance.
• Collaborate on API design and REST integration; support API gateways.
