Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in a lead/senior role.
• Strong expertise in Java 11+ and Spring Boot for microservices development.
• Proven experience building microservices with RESTful APIs.
• Strong front-end in Angular (Angular 12+ preferred).
• MongoDB and Oracle databases with SQL/PL/SQL and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of microservices design patterns and API gateways.
• Experience with Git and branching strategies.
• Docker and Kubernetes containerization experience.
• Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to balance technical debt with feature delivery.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise apps.
• Self-motivated with ownership mindset.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Java Spring Boot + Angular microservices.
• Design scalable, resilient microservices architecture for enterprise apps.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems.
• Build responsive front-end apps using Angular.
• Design and optimize Oracle database schemas and queries.
• Lead technical design sessions and create architecture docs.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and product owners.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and promote DevOps practices.
• Perform application performance tuning and optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide support.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and retrospectives.
• Drive technical innovation and evaluate new technologies.
