JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the Commercial and Investment Bank's agile team. You will contribute across multiple tech areas to build trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, scalable way.

You will lead design, development, testing, and incident analysis, champion AI-assisted engineering practices, and drive automation and continuous delivery to ensure operational stability and high-quality software across the SDLC.

Formación

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5 plus years of applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced level design skills required for this role.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and related tools including Java, Spring, AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, MQ, Cassandra, Oracle, PowerMock, JMeter, Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, Jenkins.

Responsabilidades

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or breakdown technical problems.
• Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, with validation standards and pattern reuse.
