We are seeking a Lead Java Developer with 8+ years of experience in developing and supporting full-stack Java applications, particularly in the financial domain. Expertise in Java/J2EE technologies (Microservices, Spring Boot), frontend development (React), microservices architecture, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation (Selenium, Kafka), containerization (OCP, Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins), and automated testing is required. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, API development and monitoring tools (LogScale, Humio, Dynatrace, Glassbox, Adobe Analytics, ELK) is also essential. Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP or Java technologies and experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) are preferred.
