Position Title: Lead Java Developer

Provide locations: Pittsburgh, PA then remaining hubs, 2 to 3 days in office.

Dallas, TX, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ

Ability to work remote: Yes, 3 days in office, 2 remote

Days of the week: M-F 40 hours

Intended length of Assignment: 6 months to hire

Contract to Hire W2

Reason for open position: New need - Api developer lead to help with BAU mobile enhancements with 5 -6 developers.

Potential for Contract Extension: Yes

Function of the Group: Combination of mitigating risk, reducing costs and generating revenue

Initiatives/Projects: Will be impacting mobile, be in charge of the API work for the mobile app back-end side.

Industry background: Previous banking experience preferred but open to all backgrounds

Team Dynamic: Full team is about 20-25 people This resource will be on the API team and would oversee 5-6 developers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working on stories for maintenance of API
• Coordinating the work with the other developers on the team.
• Organizing priorities and providing status on any work in progress.
• Preparing production deployments and releases.

• Dynatrace
• Data Center Deployment

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

• REST

Soft Skills:

• Advance communication skills written and verbal
• Able to translate technical issues to communicate with business and other developers.

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s in computer science or related field preferred
