We specialize in Hospital/Provider Practice and Managed Care/Payer Practice, with a focus on partnerships with health plans, particularly within the Blue Cross Blue Shield network. With over two decades of experience, GeBBS Consulting is dedicated to delivering expert support to healthcare clients nationwide.

We are currently hiring a Lead Java Developer with AI/ML experience to support one of our largest clients in the BlueCross BlueShield space.

Base pay range

$75.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Summary

Our client is looking for a Lead Java Developer to help support the application development team’s interaction with the Data Science and Machine Learning teams. This resource will be responsible for helping the application team generate Agentic AI models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Java development on Spring framework
• 3+ years of experience building production-level AI or ML systems, including LLMs, agents, or complex automation frameworks
• 3+ years of experience with Python and Python tools, including Pandas or NumPy
