Harvard Maintenance is seeking a Lead Floor Tech to oversee cleaning, maintenance, and restoration of all floor surfaces within our facilities in the United States. The role includes leading a team, ensuring quality floor care services, and operating specialized equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven supervisory experience, and the ability to follow established procedures with precision.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience and supervisory experience.
• Must know how to Strip, Refinish and Burnish Hard Floors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.

• Deliver high-quality service and professionalism, upholding the standards and integrity of the Environmental Services Department.
• Clean, maintain, and care for a variety of floor types, including tile, carpet, and brick.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Follow established procedures for the correct use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Operate, maintain, and care for floor cleaning equipment safely and properly.
• Consistently observe safety protocols, including the use of “wet floor” signs and other precautions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Promptly report any safety hazards or concerns.
