Compass Group USA's ESFM division in Kohler, WI is hiring a full-time Lead Janitor. The role oversees custodial teams at Rehlko Twin Oaks (200 Twin Oaks Road) with a 3:00 pm–11:30 pm schedule, reporting to site management.

Responsibilities include conducting training on safety, cleaning methods, and equipment, providing feedback, ensuring OSHA compliance, and performing inspections to maintain high standards. Competitive benefits apply.

• Full-time schedule; Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm.

• Copies training material and revises material as needed; conducts administrative tasks as requested.
• Provides feedback on new associates during orientation period; reviews trainee records to ensure successful compliance.
• Provides recommendations to training coordinator for disciplinary action as appropriate.
• Performs reviews, e.g., monthly safety performance review, to ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management and other applicable requirements.
• Performs walk-through building inspections as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs administrative tasks, trains team members and oversees overall training activities for custodial associates. Acts as a resource for others due to knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and heavy commercial cleaning equipment.
