Job summary

Virtue America is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist in Plantation, FL to manage end-user support, incident response, and system administration in a GxP-regulated environment.

You will work with Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, and network gear, ensuring data integrity (FDA 21 CFR Part 11) and compliance through change controls and CAPA processes. A 5+ years IT background and 2+ years in Pharma-backed settings are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure and technical support.
• 2+ years supporting GxP-regulated systems in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field preferred.
