Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting Data Centers Operations, Monitoring, Capacity Planning, Servers, Storage, Microsoft Suite, Databases, Network, Security, Backup Solutions and Strategic Roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Participate in installation, testing, upgrading and retirement of storage, backup and server equipment.
Create network policies and authorization roles and defend against unauthorized access.
Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure including servers, switches, backups and firewalls.
Monitor uptime, performance, security and capacity and report on these metrics.
Coordinate capacity planning efforts and develop new equipment architectures.
Coordinate ISO vulnerability and penetration tests and develop disaster recovery plans.
Execute and monitor backups to safeguard data and enable rapid recovery.
