Job summary

This on-site Lead IT Specialist role is based near Munich, Germany, within BavariaMedizinTechnologie GmbH (BMT), part of Lubrizol. You will lead IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and R&D-supporting systems across labs and clean rooms, collaborating with global teams to drive digital transformation.

Fluency in English and German is required. You will manage complex IT projects, ensure high security standards, and mentor users while supporting on-site operations at the Wessling site.

About The Role

As Lead IT Specialist, you act as the primary onsite IT contact, ensuring high-quality IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and physical security services. You provide technical leadership, oversee site IT operations, and drive digital innovation supporting operational excellence. You collaborate with local and global stakeholders and manage specialized environments including laboratories and R&D systems.
