Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Principal Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to tackle highly complex security problems and deliver innovative solutions. You will lead capabilities, brief prospective clients, and shape digital transformation services for government customers.

The role requires TS/SCI with FS Poly, a strong background in IA/ISSE duties, and experience with DIACAP/NIACAP/NIST frameworks. Expect leadership in product opportunities and secure architectures.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s with required experience levels.
• Expert in IA/ISSE duties and applicable DIACAP/NIACAP/NIST SP 800-37/DCID 6/3 frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical briefings and capture work.
• Experience with CSP security architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide IA services for complex networks and information systems.
• Lead technically innovative solutions aligned with mission goals.
• Lead business capture and capability briefings for clients.
• Design, research, and develop advanced applications for new opportunities.
• Prepare system security plans, risk mitigation, and contingency plans.
• Develop and implement security architectures and tools; conduct audits.
