TIC – The Industrial Company is seeking an experienced Lead position to supervise daily crew activities and production in line with project timelines and industry standards. You will train crews on safety and operational procedures and coordinate with other trades as requested by supervision.

You will ensure proper equipment operation, maintain documentation, and help develop weekly schedules while driving timely completion within budget and maintaining quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Thorough knowledge to supervise craft workers effectively.
• Plan tasks, train safety practices and procedures.
• Understand scheduling, material control and job costs.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records: quantities, productivity, time sheets, reports.
• Assist in weekly scheduling and activity sequencing for crews.
• Complete work on time within estimated costs and uphold quality workmanship.
• Ensure crew safety and enforce safety rules and project procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate scope, plans and schedules to crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies by all supervised staff.
