TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Lead iOS Engineer to provide end-to-end technical leadership for native iOS applications. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate with product stakeholders to deliver high-quality apps.

Ideal candidate demonstrates 7+ years in iOS development, strong skills in Swift and Xcode, and a proven track record in Agile environments, with a focus on scalable, secure mobile solutions.

Formación

• 7+ years of iOS app development experience.
• Expertise in Swift and Xcode.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and user stories.
• Solid understanding of iOS architecture, secure coding practices, and app lifecycles.
• Proven leadership and mentoring within Agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of native iOS applications using Swift and Xcode.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-focused mobile solutions.
• Refine and manage product backlogs in Jira, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to convert complex requirements into actionable development plans.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and best-practice guidance.
• Drive UI/UX consistency, accessibility, performance optimization, and maintainable app design.
