Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Lead iOS Software Engineer in Columbus, OH to guide a fast-paced agile team. You will design, implement, and scale iOS platform capabilities, using Swift/Objective-C, XCUITest, and AI-assisted development to deliver secure, high-quality apps across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with product, QA, and UX to translate requirements into actionable specs, build reliable frameworks, and drive performance improvements while maintaining best practices in secure coding and

Qualifications

5+ years solid coding in Swift and/or Objective-C.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and evaluating outputs.
Understanding of responsible AI use and secure handling of data.
Exposure to XCUITest and Apple iOS testing frameworks.
Experience debugging iOS apps with simulators and devices; interest in BDD/Cucumber.

Responsibilities

Design and develop iOS platform infrastructure with reusable frameworks.
Leverage AI coding assist tools to improve quality and speed; peer review outputs.
Write clean Swift/Objective-C code in Xcode; ensure maintainability and performance.
Translate requirements into executable specs and documentation.
Support accessibility validation, visual regression, and AI-powered features.
Collaborate with API mocking via WireMock and assist platform needs across teams.
