Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience OR Master's with 2+ years OR PhD with 0+ years OR Associate's with 8+ years OR HS diploma with 10+ years.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying statistical methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes and quality control test methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
• Experience in GMP environments and prior management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, managing time and resources.
• Contribute to departmental work and resolve moderately complex problems.
• Make decisions guided by policies in non-standard situations.
• Work independently on assignments and review work of others.
• Mentor colleagues and drive improvements in operations.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure audit readiness.
• Identify high-risk areas and interface with engineering and operations.
• Forecast resources, manage changes, and drive Lean improvements.
• Facilitate agreements between teams and lead clinical production efforts.
• Sustain safety, enforce regulations, and strengthen compliance culture.
