• Analyze inventory information to identify trends affecting control and report findings.
• Train and lead Inventory Personnel and drive continuous improvements.
• Communicate improvements with warehouse management, operations, and planners.
• Support, lead and motivate a team to meet company goals and safety practices.
• Engage teammates through coaching and on-the-job training.
