Job summary

Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, part of Covenant Health, seeks a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist for PRN/Variable Hours. The role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, with emphasis on hemodynamics, catheter insertion, and data calculation.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum invasive cardiac catheterization lab experience.
• Licensure: RCIS and/or RCES and/or ARRT RT(R).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologist or cardiac surgeon in diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Lead and train department staff; participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Maintain catheterization lab policies, safety standards, and equipment quality control.
• Provide education to staff and students; participate in committees as needed.
• Assist in hemodynamic calculations and interpretation of data.
