Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry.
• Eligibility for New York State medical license.
• Associate Director requires minimum two years of demonstrated ECT service delivery experience; interventional modalities preferred.
• Existing or developing expertise in ketamine and TMS.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate inpatients and outpatients with complex psychiatric diagnoses.
• Communicate with referring providers and assess eligibility for ECT, ketamine, TMS and other interventional treatments.
• Formulate comprehensive treatment plans and deliver interventional therapies.
• Supervise other interventional psychiatrists and trainee programs.
• Maintain clinical schedules and engage in quality‑improvement activities.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, nursing, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in research and academic activities as opportunities arise.
