Job summary

The Swedish Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to help develop its Interventional Cardiology program at its Issaquah campus, in collaboration with the Cherry Hill campus.

This role involves leading percutaneous treatment of ischemic heart disease, participating in PERT and Shock teams, and pursuing process improvement in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, with a strong clinical research program and collaboration across specialties.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from a recognized medical or osteopathic school.
• Board certification in cardiovascular disease.
• Interventional cardiology board certification.
• Fellowship training in high‑risk coronary intervention.
• Top‑notch skills in communication, team dynamics, and culture creation.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader in percutaneous treatment of ischemic heart disease.
• Participate in PERT and Shock team services.
• Contribute to process improvement in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
• Engage in the institute's strong clinical research program and collaboration with other specialties.
