BluePearl Pet Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Veterinarian (Board-Certified or residency-trained) to build and lead a high-performing Internal Medicine service.

You will collaborate with ER and specialty teams, access advanced diagnostics, and benefit from a strong support network, progressive incentive plan and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD with Internal Medicine residency completion or residency-trained.
• PA veterinary license or ability to obtain license.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced internal medicine diagnostics and treatments using state-of-the-art technology.
• Collaborate with ER and multidisciplinary specialty teams including Critical Care, Neurology, Oncology, and Imaging.
• Deliver compassionate, clear communication to pet owners and contribute to continuous improvement.
