Responsibilities
Creates construction documents (CDs) and ensures compliance with firm standards.
Manages projects through the contract administration phase.
Coordinates engineering consultant’s work and ensures compliance with design solutions.
Manages contract administration budget and informs of potential variances.
May mentor Junior and Intermediate Designers and provide feedback.
