Responsibilities

• Creates construction documents (CDs) and ensures compliance with firm standards.
• Manages projects through the contract administration phase.
• Coordinates engineering consultant’s work and ensures compliance with design solutions.
• Manages contract administration budget and informs of potential variances.
• May mentor Junior and Intermediate Designers and provide feedback.
