Job summary

US Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Kansas City District, seeks a technical lead for the Over the Horizon Radar project. You will guide a team of engineers and scientists, ensure designs meet USACE policies, and manage contract and construction reviews.

Qualifications

• Leading complex federal Civil Works, Military, or Environmental engineering designs.
• Experience coordinating design work with in-house and AE partners.
• Ability to apply risk-informed decision making and manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead mega-project design efforts across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to 20–40 engineers and scientists.
• Coordinate acquisition strategy, contract structure, and construction reviews.
• Monitor progress, manage documents, and present project status.
