Requirements
Must have:
- We require a bachelors degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with at least 7 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, we require 13 or more years of comparable experience.
- We require an active U.S. Government Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Preferred experience includes communications, RF systems, or complex networked defense platforms.
- Preferred experience with telecommunication test equipment, such as central office, optical, TDM, or IP systems.
- Preferred experience working on complex government contracts with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, government customers, and military leadership.
- Preferred experience with government acquisition programs, requirements management, and interface control documentation.
- Preferred Python scripting and automation experience for test frameworks, data analysis, and reporting.
- Preferred experience with Git-based CI/CD pipelines and version control in DevSecOps environments.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes/Helm, Ansible/Terraform, deployment automation tools, or AWS.
Responsibilities
- We lead the development of test procedures as the Integrated Product Team lead, including process reviews and coordination with systems engineering.
- We manage a fast-paced government contract environment, coordinating technical work across contractor teams, government customers, and coalition partners.
- We respond quickly to changing customer needs and program priorities while maintaining technical discipline and meeting demanding timelines.
- We oversee interface control and requirements flow-down across distributed teams and multiple contract vehicles.
- We communicate regularly with other IPTs, senior leaders, program management, contractors, and customers.
- We perform root cause analysis and lead technical tiger teams to resolve critical risks and issues.
- We convert technical test results and system performance data into executive-level briefings for senior military and government stakeholders.
- We work with systems engineers to define requirements and ensure they are testable.
- We prepare draft and final RTVMs.
- We lead verification and validation activities during program work package development.
- We track progress and delivery pace using JIRA or similar tools for government reporting.
- We create initial test cases during work package creation and ensure proper process and documentation standards are followed.
- We develop and execute test procedures, then report results to management and customers.
- We identify test risks and opportunities and escalat them to program leadership.
- We mentor and develop team members technically and professionally.
- We review customer work package RFPs and develop test-support response proposals.
- We drive technical issues to closure using disciplined engineering processes.
