Job summary

JANUS Research Group is seeking a Chief Integration Engineer at Buckley Space Force Base to support the FORGE Lead Integration, Test, and Evaluation with 24/7 FLITE+ operational support. The role focuses on system design, engineering and integration, and digital engineering across ground, satellite, and C2 architectures.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance, a strong background in missile warning or space-system integration, and extensive DoD acquisition knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 17 years relevant systems integration experience.
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary missile warning or space system integration efforts.
• Experience integrating complex ground and satellite systems.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition and technical governance processes.
• Ability to operate in a TS/SCI classified environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform role as Chief Integration Engineer for Missile Warning Integration and Test.
• Enterprise-level MW system integration leadership;
• System-of-systems interface definition and control;
• Integration planning and execution across ground, satellite, and C2 architectures;
• Requirements decomposition and CONOPS development;
• Verification and validation oversight;
• Configuration and technical baseline management;
• Digital engineering and MBSE application;
• DevSecOps and cloud integration coordination;
• Cross-program and external stakeholder interface management;
• Integration risk identification and mitigation.
