NEXT Insurance in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Lead Insurance Advisor to supervise a high-performing, customer-focused service team and own the policy lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. You will drive daily performance, optimize processes with automation and AI tools, mentor Advisors, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve service delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Formación

• Active P&C license and experience in insurance/customer service.
• Strong customer focus and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Support Service Department Manager in daily operations and suggest process enhancements.
• Directly manage an Insurance Advisors team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor channels and use data to meet daily targets; develop development plans.
• Lead team meetings; communicate goals, training, product updates, and direction.
• Resolve escalations with quality standards and identify automation opportunities.
