We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and licensed Lead Instructor & Student Success Coordinator to support both instruction and school operations. This is a full‑time hybrid role designed for someone who is passionate about teaching AND capable of managing student progress, admissions, and administrative tasks.

Position Overview

This role combines two key functions:

1. Cosmetology Instruction — teaching theory and hands‑on practical skills, supporting student progress, and maintaining a positive, structured learning environment.
2. Student Success & Admissions Coordination — managing student records, SMART Online data entry, attendance, grades, tuition tracking, lead follow‑up, enrollment support, and general school operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, self‑driven, and excited about helping a growing beauty school operate smoothly and efficiently.

Schedule

• Full‑time, 35–40 hours per week
• Teaching days: Tuesdays & Saturdays
• Admin/Student Success days: Mondays & Fridays
• Occasional flexibility for events, testing, or enrollment needs
