Concordia Language Villages in Bemidji, MN seeks a Lead Instructor for a Government/Military program to develop and run a two- to three-week residential iso-immersion curriculum, aligning with client expectations and Concordia pedagogy. General Work Schedule (days of week): Sunday through Saturday
General shift hours: As needed, but generally 9 hours/day between 7:30 AM and 9 PM. This position also requires 20-40 hours of preparation before each course, compensation for which is included in the gross amount noted in the employment offer.

This position is responsible for implementing a program that reflects the mission and immersion methodology of Concordia Language Villages and meets client expectations, all within the parameters of the Concordia military pedagogical model.
The lead instructor reports to the Director of External Relations and Strategic Initiatives (who oversees the program), is responsible for managing the instructional team as a cohesive, collaborative team, and interfaces with the CLV administrative team as a whole.
