Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in grades K–8.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid Driver's License or State ID.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide classroom staff in implementing BAM! curriculum.
• Support the Site Director with daily program operations.
• Foster positive student behavior and support social-emotional growth.
• Monitor classroom quality across the program.
