A leading medical technology company is looking for a remote Lead Instructional Designer to develop and maintain training materials for their ERP program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies, with proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline and LMS platforms. This role is integral to shaping learning experiences and requires collaboration with various stakeholders. Salary range is between $77,200 - $123,700, plus bonuses and benefits.
Work Flexibility: Remote
The Lead Instructional Designer will create and maintain training and performance support materials for the Accelerate ERP program, including: classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job. In this role you will focus on creating and leading learning experiences both in and out of the classroom. In this position you will be a member of the Accelerate training team.
$77,200 - $123,700k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
