Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Instructional Media Design, Digital Arts, Educational Technology, or related field with 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia production processes.
• Experience managing budgets and cross‑functional creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team of instructional artists, multimedia designers, programmers, videographers, editors, and students.
• Align graphics/video production with instructional design and institutional branding.
• Oversee project management, timelines, and quality across design and development stages.
• Collaborate with faculty and program directors to translate course content into multimedia formats.
• Maintain organized media libraries and support ongoing professional development for the team.
