Responsibilities

• Function as an Instructional Aide in a designated classroom, substitute teacher, or float between classrooms as needed.
• Support the teaching staff to provide a program reflecting educational excellence and equality.
• Maintain effective communication with Education and Boarding staff and agency personnel.
• Use the agency’s models to support the therapeutic milieu and student well-being.
• Demonstrate competence of the TCI model via annual written test and semi-annual skills assessment.
• Maintain Medication Administration certification and follow agency policies.
