Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Lead Installer to oversee installation of premium windows, doors, and skylights for residential and commercial projects. You will lead a small crew on-site, read and interpret plans, ensure precise measurements, and complete high-quality, weather-tight installations.

You’ll train installers, coordinate with contractors and customers, enforce safety standards, and troubleshoot issues in the field.
