Kitchen Tune-Up Inc. in the Metro Atlanta area is seeking experienced 1099 Lead Installer crews to complete residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Independent contractor opportunities are offered for crews with their own vehicles and tools, paid per project based on scope.

Ideal candidates will lead crews, maintain high workmanship standards, communicate effectively, and deliver projects on time with client satisfaction, building long-term relationships with a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced remodeling Lead Installer with a qualified crew.
• Must have a reliable working vehicle and crew transport capacity.
• Must be able to meet project scopes and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete residential kitchen, bathroom, and ancillary remodeling projects.
• Provide qualified crew members as needed for assigned projects.
• Supply your own working vehicle, tools, equipment, and job-site materials unless agreed.
• Review and follow the approved scope of work, project plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and other trades; perform high-quality installation work.
