Job summary

Little River Cabinet Shop is seeking a Lead Cabinet Installer / Carpenter to deliver high-end, custom cabinet and millwork installations in clients' homes. This is a craftsmanship-driven, client-facing role where your work is seen and valued, not a repetitive production job.

You'll read plans, troubleshoot onsite, lead installations, coordinate with homeowners and designers, keep job sites clean and professional, and take ownership from installation through final punch list.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience.
• Ability to independently lead and complete installations.
• Read plans and solve problems in the field.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform high-end custom cabinet and millwork installations.
• Read plans, assess job sites, and troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Deliver exceptional craftsmanship with close attention to detail.

• Reliable transportation capable of carrying installation tools and equipment
