Job summary

Sunrun is hiring Lead Installers in Massachusetts to join a solar installation crew. You will lead installations of residential solar systems, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency on site.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, solar installation experience, and a clean driving record with background checks. Travel may be required; compensation includes competitive hourly pay and incentives through its programs.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory at loading dock to ensure crew truck is stocked.
• Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, and electrical equipment.
• Apply weather sealing to roofing structures and supports.
• Assemble racking, solar modules, panels and structures per project plan.
• Maintain a clean, orderly job site and perform project clean-up.
• Uphold safety for personal, crew, and site at all times.
• Participate in training on new products and safety.
• Lead crew through safe, efficient installations and provide support.
• Assist with solar battery installations as needed.
• May serve as acting Foreperson in Foreperson's absence.

The Lead Installer is responsible to work as a team to complete residential solar installation projects. Applicants with equivalent construction or military experience may be consideredMust maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check.
