Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC is seeking a Lead Installation Technician in Landover, MD. The role focuses on delivering, installing, and ensuring high-quality completion of customer equipment installations, plus training Delivery & Install team members to excel.

Responsibilities include route planning, mentoring, loading and driving a 26 ft box truck, completing paperwork, and troubleshooting basic repairs while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of equipment installation/repair experience.
• Technical/trade school preferred.
• Must pass DOT medical exam.
• Basic computer skills required.
• 2+ years driving 16–26 ft box trucks.
• Background check after offer.

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery and installation routes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor Delivery & Installers on procedures and safety.
• Load vehicles safely and transport equipment by driving a 26 ft box truck.
• Complete onsite paperwork and obtain signatures from management.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety regulations and use inventory systems for visits.
• Maintain clean work areas and conduct periodic inventory of parts and components.
• Read equipment manuals to perform maintenance and service.
• Lift 50 pounds and perform required physical duties.
