WHAT WE DO:All residential HVAC, all day long. We handle gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right.

JOB DUTIES- Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
- Accurately diagnose problems of clients' HVAC systems
- Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
- Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
- Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean inside and out

JOB SUMMARYThe Lead Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technicians to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
