This hands-on leadership role focuses on managing crews, coordinating material orders, and ensuring projects meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or installation management.
Experience supervising installation crews.
Experience with acrylic bath/shower systems preferred.
Kitchen remodeling experience is a strong plus.
Plumbing knowledge is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and schedule daily installation projects.
Supervise and support installation crews to ensure quality workmanship and on-time completion.
Review customer contracts and coordinate material orders.
Oversee warehouse inventory and maintain vendor relationships.
Perform quality control inspections and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve installation issues and provide field support when needed.
Coordinate permits, documentation, and CRM updates.
Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Recruit, train, and mentor installation team members.
Manage installation schedules, time-off requests, and job assignments.
Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, receipts, and completed projects.
