Job summary

TechnipFMC invites a seasoned engineer to define and lead engineering solutions within a SSE project taskforce. You will act as a technical referent, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction across disciplines.

The role requires 5–10 years of field experience, strong technical and project management skills, and excellent English. You will collaborate with procurement, planning, and other engineers in a global energy environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5–10 years of field experience.
• Strong technical skills in engineering and project management.
• Excellent command of English and strong presentation/communication abilities.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, and direct discipline engineering work for projects and sites.
• Ensure deliverables meet contract, budget, and QHSE standards.
• Approve design basis and coordinate design activities within the discipline and with subcontractors.
• Interface with Lead Engineers and support functions such as procurement and planning.

Job Purpose

Defines and leads engineering solutions within a SSE project taskforce, and acts as a technical and technological referent, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and man hours, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction

Job Description

• Coordinates, prioritizes, adjusts, and directs the efforts of the discipline engineering work performed for the project and/or manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites, including direct supervision of Subsea/Surface Engineers.
• Ensures that the discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with contract requirements (including budget), project QHSE plan and TechnipFMC and discipline engineering processes and standards.
• Approves design basis and coordinates design activities within discipline (including sub-contractors activities).
• Interfaces with other Lead Engineers and project support functions such as procurement and planning

• BS degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field
• Strong technical skills in engineering

• Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills
