Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a company vehicle with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light-commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish.
• Perform and oversee installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related equipment.
• Mentor installation team members, providing direction and hands-on support.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Ensure all work meets plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and PSI standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make field decisions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate with customers, team members, and leadership throughout projects.
