Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging group exercise classes, ensuring safety and motivating participants of all levels. You will promote healthy lifestyles, build community, and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Group fitness certification preferred (AFAA, ACE, NASM) and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of group fitness classes in a safe, effective, and motivating manner.
• Design and deliver engaging workouts for varying fitness levels.
• Provide modifications and progressions for participant safety and success.
• Demonstrate proper technique and monitor participants for safe movement.
• Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout classes.
