Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Support Coding Supervisor to manage daily operations, productivity, and scheduling in a remote, full-time role with daytime hours. The ideal candidate will review coding edits, charges, and failed claims to drive resolution and ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma, with health information credentials preferred, and must obtain RHIT/RHIA/CCS/CPC/CIRCC certification within six months.
