Job summary

Learning Care Group in Merriam, KS is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide preschool learning, mentor teammates, and deliver engaging activities that support social, physical, and cognitive growth.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support your center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children by promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
